Lancer Evolution VIII TOP RALLY LHD

Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII MR built as a rally car between 2009 and 2012, with a stack of invoices from that period. Rallytechnology chrome-moly roll cage fitted to an accident-free shell, with a neat and aesthetic conversion. Top-tier MR specification with aluminium roof, passive rear limited-slip differential, Active Center Differential (ACD) and strong 5-speed gearbox. The car has never competed in a rally and has covered only 3,100 km since the build, with a major overhaul and updates to meet modern regulations carried out at 3,000 km.

Engine rebuilt: OEM-condition bearings, new ARP rod bolts, complete new OEM Mitsubishi timing kit, new 18-1 trigger wheel, new OEM water pump, deleted balance shafts, new spark plugs, gaskets and oil seals. Covers and bolts sandblasted and zinc-plated. Oil pump serviced, filter housing cleaned, compression 12 bar per cylinder. Injectors cleaned and flow-tested, new Walbro 255 fuel pump, stock tank with new filler neck, Teflon-lined braided lines with AN fittings. Inspected and balanced stock Evo 9 turbo with heat-wrapped hot side. 34mm restrictor compliant with RSMP, Rally Legend and Czech CMPR regulations, plus a full-flow adapter for unrestricted events, swappable in five minutes.

Electronics: Pectel EQ9 ECU, Pectel CDC v2 drivetrain controller, Cosworth/Pectel Omega ICD display, electronic throttle body and pedal, Mac solenoid, plus sensors for fuel pressure, oil temperature/pressure and EGT. Four engine maps including an idle anti-lag effect and road-section map: LOW (98 octane, restricted) 275 hp / 516 Nm, MED (98 octane, unrestricted) 347 hp / 461 Nm, HIGH (98 octane, unrestricted) 370 hp / 516 Nm. Three ALS maps, five drivetrain maps and launch control.

Gearbox overhauled with new 2nd and 3rd synchros, new OEM seals and fresh oil. Stock 240mm clutch in excellent condition, braided slave lines, Perrin short shifter. Transfer case and rear differential overhauled with new OEM bearings/seals and fresh Motul 75W-140; rear diff set to 4.5 kg locking torque, AMS diff mount. Refurbished Brembo brakes: 4-piston front with EBC discs and Yellow Stuff pads, 2-piston rear with EBC discs and CL5 pads, braided lines, new hydraulic handbrake with dual-circuit master cylinder, RS master cylinder, 4Turbo servo adapter, new Motul RBF fluid.

AMS intercooler, full aluminium intake piping with Samco hoses, new Pulsar 50mm blow-off valve, Pectel intercooler water spray, MG Motorsport 3-inch exhaust, OEM Evo 9 oil cooler, OEM radiator with Samco hoses, Spal fan.

Interior trimmed in Alcantara with red stitching, carbon fibre door cards and trim, electric windows, new GT2 suede steering wheel, Sparco Evo Tech driver's seat, Sparco Carbon S-Light Circuit passenger seat (expired homologation), Sabelt 4-point harnesses (expired), battery relocated to boot with AMS mount, carbon parcel shelf and bulkhead.

Charge Speed carbon bonnet, carbon front wings painted to match, Evo 9 fibreglass front bumper, LED light pod with three quick-release lamps, genuine Evo 9 rear bumper, excellent untouched underbody. HP Sporting suspension with spherical top mounts front and rear, thick Whiteline front and rear anti-roll bars, six Braid 18x8J wheels including two spares, plus a Kevlar-aramid engine skid plate for installation.

Registered in Poland with new Polish technical inspection and insurance. Left-hand drive.
