How quickly will I get a reply?
We aim to reply within one business day (CET). Listing reviews are usually completed in the same window.
I submitted a listing, where is it?
A person checks every listing. A new seller's listing is checked before it is published, and sellers we already know go live straight away. You will get an email as soon as your listing is live, or feedback if something needs fixing.
How do I report a listing?
Use the form with the subject “Report a listing issue” and include the listing reference (RFS-XXXXX-YYYY). We check every report.
