Listing fees are paid per listing as described at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and the payment provider's terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Racing for Sale is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any transaction between users.
